It depends on the service. Hotels and packages typically follow the supplier's policy, which we share with you in writing before booking. Refunds, where applicable, take 7–14 working days.

Yes. We provide free visa assistance with any international package — we share the document checklist, schedule the appointment, and handle filing for Schengen, UK, US, UAE, Thailand, Singapore and most ASEAN countries.

Yes. We accept payments via secured gateways (UPI, cards, net-banking) and provide a GST invoice for every booking. We never ask for OTPs or card PINs over the phone.
