How does booking with Domestic DMC actually work?
Pick a package, fill in the enquiry form (it takes 30 seconds) and our travel planner will call you back within 2 hours on a working day. We confirm dates, share a written itinerary and a payment link only after you say yes.
Are the prices on the website the final price?
The starting price shown is per person on twin sharing, on the lowest available season. Final price depends on date of travel, hotel category, room type and number of travellers. We always send a written quote before any payment.
Do you book flights and hotels separately too?
Yes. We can book just a flight, just a hotel, just an airport transfer or a bus ticket. Most travellers come for the holiday package, but we are happy to do standalone bookings.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the service. Hotels and packages typically follow the supplier's policy, which we share with you in writing before booking. Refunds, where applicable, take 7–14 working days.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We provide free visa assistance with any international package — we share the document checklist, schedule the appointment, and handle filing for Schengen, UK, US, UAE, Thailand, Singapore and most ASEAN countries.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. We accept payments via secured gateways (UPI, cards, net-banking) and provide a GST invoice for every booking. We never ask for OTPs or card PINs over the phone.
Can you handle group bookings of 10+ people?
Absolutely. We run dedicated group departures every month, and we customise private group trips for families, corporates, schools and friend groups.
